船舶动力装置故障诊断专家系统的开发

摘    要:采用热力参数分析法专家系统对船舶动力装置额定工况下的故障进行实时诊断,详细分析了热力参数与故障间的关系,并给出了故障诊断子系统的推理机和知识库的设计开发方法,推理机和知识库采用专家系统开发工具CLIPS语言实现。

Abstract:This paper introduces an expert system for fault diagnosis of marine power plant developed by authors.The real time diagnosis of the fault for marine power plant in rated conditions can be made using the thermodynamic parameters.The relation between the thermodynamic parameters and engine faults are analysed in detail.The core subsystem for the ES including knowledge base and inference engine is also described.The subsystem is realized through an expert system shell,CLIPS.
