| 摘 要： | 骨髓转移瘤临床表现及血象无特异性,其骨髓象特征为:①骨髓易干抽,多增生不良;②瘤细胞易形成簇集现象,分布在片尾;③瘤细胞大小形态多变,染色质粗而不均匀,核仁肥大。非上皮性肿瘤与上皮性肿瘤细胞形态不同,前者虽有簇集现象,但较易散在分布,细胞大小较均一,边界清晰;后者以腺癌及未分化癌最易侵犯骨髓,二者形态亦有区别。掌握其特征可推测原发瘤的性质及部位。

| Abstract: | The clinical features and blood of metastatic tumors to bone marrow were not special.Its pictures of myelogram were as follows:①The bone marrow tobe punctured out.And very frequently there washypocellularity.②Cancer cells tended to become aggre-gated and distributed to the end of the smears.③Thesize and the shaqe of cancer cell was changeable.Itschromatin appeared coarse and heterogeneous.The nu-cleus seemed very large.The cellular (?)ofnonepithelial and epithelial tumors was different.Though aggregation was apt to appear in nonepithelialtumor,the cells were scattered,and their size wascomparatively uniform with clear border.In epithelialtumors,adenoma and undifferentiated tumors,with dif-ferent shapes,were most likely to infiltrate into bonemarrow.To have a good knowledge of these featureswill help us to estimate the characteristics and locationsmary tumors. |
