ANSYS的发动机连杆的模态分析

摘    要:发动机连杆的动态特性研究是提高发动机性能的重要途径,模态分析是对连杆动态特性进行合理评价的重要手段。文章利用ANSYS软件建立了某发动机连杆的三维模型,通过计算得出了该连杆的模态分布情况以及每一模态下的振型,找出了连杆结构上的薄弱环节。指出在连杆设计过程中要采取抗弯扭措施,尽量减少变形对连杆性能的损失。

Abstract:The research on dynamic characteristic of connecting rod is an important way to improve the performance of engine and the dynamic characteristics of connecting rod can be evaluated effectively by modal analysis. In this paper, a three-dimensional model of a connecting rod is set up based on ANSYS software, and the modal analysis theory is analyzed by calculating. Through modal analysis, distribution of modes and associated modal shapes are acquired, the weak points of connecting rod have been found out at the same time. This paper points out that in the design of connecting rod, we should take anti-torsion measures and reduce loss of the performance of connecting rod resulted from torsion.
