| Abstract: | The necessity and feasibility to introduce safety evaluation standards into China railway are both discussed. After introducing the basic concept, evaluation procedure, methods and the establishment of its standards system, the cognition degree to safety evaluation is deepened further. Specially, the author studies how to carry out the safety evaluation standards and forecasts the effects in detail. |
