| 摘 要： | 随着公路建设的发展,具有竞争机制的公路工程招标与投标在我国已得到广泛应用。文中就我国公路工程建设市场经济转轨过程中公路工程招投标存在的一些问题进行了剖析,提出了其改进措施和对策,以完善招投标机制,保证工程建设市场的健康有序发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of highway construction, tendering and bidding system with competitive mechanism has been widely used in our country. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the course of market economy of highway engineering construction. Some upswing methods and countermeasures are put up to consummate the tendering and bidding mechanism to ensure the healthy development of engineering construction market. |
