| Abstract: | The welding rail plant of some railway administrations was researched as object. The disadvantage of existingmanagement pattern was pointed. The run-of-mill model of manufacturing enterprise was analyzed, then the relevant systemmodel and functional module were studied. A design method about quality management information system was raised. |
