现有用于某船用特种装备滑油加注的设备与方法存在很多弊端,因此有必要研制一套综合性多功能的辅助装置解决这些问题.整个装置分为滑油泵机组和加热机组,可分可合,前者抽吸油桶里的汽缸油并能向油箱或油罐远距离注油,后者既能单独给油桶水浴加热,也能同时给油箱里的和输送管道里的汽缸油实行热水循环加热.本文详细介绍装置的主要组成、工作原理和使用方法,现场应用结果证明其技术性能符合设计要求,满足实际需要.

Development on the multifunctional accessorial device for injecting lubricating oil into certain marine special equipment

It's very necessary to develop the integrated accessorial device because there were many deficiencies inexist-ing devices and methods for injecting the steam cylinder oil into certain marine special equipments. The device wascom-posed of lubricating pump unit and heating unit both of which could be combined or separated when used. The former was used to pump the steam cylinder oil from lubricating cans and transfuse it into oil tanks or cans in the distance, and the latter could heat oil cans in hot water individually, as well as do the cylinder oil in oil tanks and pipelines synchronously bycircu-lating the hot water. Main composing and working principles and operating procedures were introduced in detail. Marine practice results had proven that the performances of the device could accord with our requirements of design and meetprac-tical needs.
