摘    要:HXD1C型机车底架侧梁梁体由于结构特殊,铣削加工中刀片消耗大、加工振动大、成品率及加工效率低。文章从刀具、装夹方式、设计结构以及工艺参数、加工路线等方面进行优化,改进了铣削加工工艺。

Abstract:The main structure of the body underframe side beam on type HXD1C locomotive is particular.During its milling machining,the blade is worn seriously,vibration is great,product yield and machining efficiency is low.In this article,the milling process is improved by optimizing blade tool,clamp mode,design structure,technology parameter and path of machining.
