| 摘 要： | 随着城市公共交通的发展，在提供安全、经济、便利、舒适服务质量的基础上，对公共交通服务的可靠性要求也越来越高。通过对公交服务可靠性影响因素和ADC模型分析，建立公交服务系统ADC模型，并结合具体实例，应用ADC模型分析法对城市公共交通服务可靠性进行综合评价，验证ADC模型在公交服务系统评价中的实用性，为城市公共交通规划、服务的改善提供可行性依据。

| Abstract: | With the development of urban public transit,service reliability has been demand highly besides safety,inexpensive,convenience and comfort.Based on factor analyze of service reliability and ADC model,the paper established ADC model of public transit service system and used that to estimate the service reliability comprehensively.It verified the practicability of ADC model in the system assessment of public transit and it will be helpful for the improvement of public transit service and planning. |
