摘    要:介绍一种在机车故障诊断系统中使用的司机室显示屏控制电路的设计方法。它以数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320C5402为主控器,负责故障数据的采集、传输、存储以及各种信息的显示,以复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)作为系统的逻辑控制中心,负责薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)的显示驱动和其他逻辑时序的实现。以高速大容量FLASH作为故障数据存储器,SRAM作为缓存,两者的配合应用,极大地提高了数据的存储容量和刷屏速度。该方法成功的克服了传统单片机作为TFT-LCD控制器的速度慢、实时性差等缺点。该显示屏在故障数据传输与存储、故障诊断与提示、底层设备的连接与管理中发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:A new type of liquid display screens in the cabs for the fault diagnosis systems on locomotives is presented in this paper.Digital Signal Processor(DSP) TMS320C5402,as the main controller,deals with collection,transmission,storage of fault data and message display,while Complex Programmable Logical Device(CPLD),as the logic control center,deals with TFT-LCD driving and realizing of time sequences.This system uses high speed and high-capacity FLASH memory as the ROM of fault data,and SRAM as the buffer.These two devices provide the suffecient data memory capacity and high screen refresh speed. This method have successfully settled the shortages in the use of the traditional single chip processor,which is at low-speeds and of bad real-time.This display screen has fultilled significant functions in transmission and storage of fault data,diagnosis and presentation of fault,connection and management of low-level devices.
