海运集装箱调运随机优化模型

摘    要:为有效提高航运公司的竞争能力,海运集装箱调运优化是提高其效益的重要手段. 从提高航运公司运输利润出发,建立海运集装箱调运机会约束规划模型. 目标函数是最大化海运集装箱调运利润. 决策变量是为满足需求通过各航线运输的重箱和空箱数量,需求港口的租空箱数量和缺重箱数量. 约束条件包括满足计划期内的重箱、空箱需求数量、航线运输重量和体积限制等. 空箱需求数量受多种因素影响是随机变量. 将机会约束规划转化为整数规划并应用Lingo9.0求解. 并对不同参数下的运输方案做仿真分析,验证模型对于优化海运集装箱调运方案的有效性. 该模型可应用于航运公司海上集装箱调运规划,提高其运输利润.

Abstract:Container shipping of sea-carriage optimization is an important way to effectively enhance the competitiveness of shipping companies’ efficiency. The optimization model of container shipping of sea carriage based on chance-constrained programming is established to maximize the profit of a shipping company, which is the objective function. The variables include the number of heavy and empty containers shipped by lines, the shortage number of heavy containers, and the renting number of empty containers from requiring ports to meet the demand. The constraints include meeting the requirements heavy and empty containers, weight and volume limit to lines, and supplying ability for empty containers. The number of empty containers supplied is stochastic for being affected by several factors. The chance-constrained programming is translated into an integer programming, and the Lingo 9.0 is used to solve the model. Simulation is conducted under varied parameters to show the effectiveness of the model in optimizing the shipping plan. The model can be used to optimize container shipping plan of sea carriage to a shipping company and get profit raise.
