基于CAN总线的智能电动车窗系统设计

摘    要:将CAN(控制器局域网)总线应用于电动车窗,提出一种基于CAN总线的汽车智能电动车窗系统,从功能方案、软硬件设计和防夹算法等几个方面进行研究。该系统基于集成CAN控制器的P8xC591单片机和电机驱动芯片BTS7960设计为分布式结构,采用监测电机电流无传感器的防夹算法,还具有电机保护和智能升窗等功能。与传统点对点通信相比,该系统减少线束、降低成本,具有良好的实时性和可移植性,能实现智能控制,有一定的实用价值和应用前景。

Abstract:An intelligent power window system based on CAN bus is proposed and researched in its function program, software and hardware design and anti-pinch algorithm.This system is designed as the distributed structure based on the singlechip P8xC591 with integrated CAN controller and the motor driver chip BTS7960. It adopts the anti-pinch algorithm by monitoring motor current without sensor and has the functions of motor protection and intelligent window lifting. Compared with the traditional point-to-point communication, it reduces wire harness and the cost and has good real-time and portability. It can realize intelligent control and has practical value and application prospect.
