| 摘 要： | 该文从立交方案构思、立交交通分析的构思新方法、立交方案比选评价结构模型、立交交通工程的设计、城市立交道路CAD、立交桥头处理、加筋土挡土墙等方面对20世纪城市互通立交设计技术的创新与发展进行了回眸；总结了21世纪天津城市快速路互通立交设计在制定国内首部快速路设计标准、结合实际突破规程综合确定立交等级、立交方案选型的新构思、立交交通安全设计及科学研究与立交设计相结合等方面的新提高。
