通过对两家企业在盾构领域内的发展情况介绍，分析了这两家企业在该领域里的发展模式和思路。以实例和数据为依据,从盾构技术对企业资产结构、利润指标、人力资源、核心竞争力四个方面较为深入地分析了盾构技术对企业发展的影响，指出企业要打造盾构技术核心竞争力，首先应从人力资源的开发、技术储备方面做起。

Analysis on Chinese Construction Enterprises’Shield Tunnelling Technology Development Strategy

On basis of describing the development of the shield tunnelling technology of two Chinese construction enterprises, the author analyses the shield tunnelling technology development strategies of the two enterprises. The author analyses the influence of the shield tunnelling technology on the enterprise development in respect of assets structures, economic efficiency, human resources and key competition capability. The author concludes that the construction enterprises should first of all make good preparations in human resource development and technology reserves in order to develop their key competition capability in shield tunnelling technology.
