胜利大桥钢管拱肋安装工艺初探

钢管混凝土系杆拱桥以其跨度大、造型美、省建材等特点被广泛应用于桥梁工程中1]。但这种桥型技术复杂,施工难度大,已经暴露和潜在的问题还很多,亟待广大工程技术人员在实践中不断探讨和完善。文章结合工程实践就有关钢管拱肋施工过程中存在的问题进行阐述,以期为同类桥梁施工提供借鉴和参考。

Discuss on steel tube arch rib installation process of Shengli Bridge

Steel tube concrete tied arch bridge with its characteristics of big span, beautiful modeling, and spare building materials, is widely used in bridge engineering1]. However, this bridge type has complex and difficult construction technology, there are still many exposed and potential problems, it urgent need of the majority of engineering and technical personnel to con- tinue to explore and improve in practice. Combined with engineering practice, this paper described the existing problems in the construction process of the steel pipe arch, hoping to provide reference for similar bridge construction.
