马脚隔振器底部螺栓紧固力矩对振动传递影响试验研究

摘    要:为了解弹性马脚隔振器底部螺栓紧固力矩对系统振动传递特性的影响,选取某型船舶上典型管’路为研究对象,进行弹性马脚隔振器底部螺栓安装紧固力矩变化对系统振动传递影响的试验研究。结果表明,弹性马脚能够抑制管路振动向船体的传递,并具有比较明显的隔振效果。调整隔振器底部螺栓紧固力矩时,对弹性马脚隔振效果及船体结构振级影响不大。

Abstract:In order to understand the influence on the vibration isolator's root bolt moment of flexible support to the vibration transfer of the system, the typical pipeline of one ship was chose as the object, and the experiments about the vibration isolator's root bolt moment of flexible support to vibration transfer of the system were carried out. The results showed that the flexible sup- port could restrain transmission of pipeline vibration to hull, and the effect was well. When the vibration isolator's root bolt mo- ment was changed, the vibration isolation effect and the hull vibration acceleration level change was a little.
