| Abstract: | By analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of the ocean-going fishing vessels under the complex condi- tions, and combining the assessment reports of intergovernmental panel on climate change （IPCC） and global warming potential （GWP）, the calculation method of carbon emissions for operations of ocean-going fishing vessels was proposed. Some advises and measures of energy saving for the ocean-going fishing vessels were set forth. |
