| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前工程评标过程中经常采用的几种方法,并提出了一种基于模糊神经网络数学的综合评价方法,根据模糊隶属度理论和人工神经网络理论,建立综合指标体系,使评价的定性与定量结合,使评标方法在综合性、合理性、科学性、可操作性等方面得到了改进.

| Abstract: | Through some kinds of methods frequently adopting in engineering bid evaluation at present,the paper raises a synthetic estimation method,based on mathematics of fuzzy neural net.In response to fuzzy degree theory and artificial neural net theory it establishes the system for synthetic index so that the estimation qualitative is combined with quantification,the method for bid evaluation is improved in synthesis,rationality,science and operation etc. |
