摘    要:导出了轨道车辆基于虚拟激励原理的平稳性快速算法。当车辆系统受多点全相关随机激励时,首先基于虚拟激励法导出轨道车辆响应功率谱的简易算法,然后利用所获得的功率谱和反演技术,获得系统响应的幅值谱,由此可快速获得轨道车辆的平稳性指标。运用该算法还可以方便地分析轨道谱中单一波长对车辆运行平稳性的影响,以及定义和分析对平稳性有影响的线路敏感波长范围。以某型高速客车为例,分析了其垂向和横向的响应功率谱、平稳性指标,还利用反演技术获得了加速度的时域信号和幅值谱,最后分析了轨道谱中单一波长对车辆平稳性的影响。分析表明,运行速度越高,对平稳性影响的波长范围就越宽,线路的维护难度也越大。

Abstract:An algorithm to fast calculate ride quality of track vehicles is proposed on the basis of the pseudo-excitation algorithm.When the vehicle system is subjected to multiple-point coherent excitations,firstly a simple method to calculate the responses PSD matrix is deduced on the basis of the pseudo-excitation method,and then with the PSD matrix obtained and the realization technique,ride indexes of vehicles are obtained quickly.With this algorithm,the influence of the single wave length in track spectra on ride quality can be analyzed easily and the range of sensitive track wavelengths can be precisely defined and obtained.Taking a high-speed passenger vehicle as an example,the lateral and vertical response spectra and the ride quality of the vehicle are calculated,then the time history and amplitude spectra are acquired by using the inverse technique.Finally,the influence of the single irregularity wave length to vehicle ride quality are researched.Results show that the higher the running speed,the wider the range of sensitive track wavelengths,thus causing great difficulties to track maintenance.
