| 摘 要： | 目的 通过观察骨折愈合过程中骨痂组织内血管内皮细胞生长因子 (Vascularendothe lialgrowthfactor,VEGF)的基因表达 ,进一步探讨VEGF对骨折愈合的影响。方法 采用RT PCR方法检测兔骨折不同阶段 (5、7、1 4、2 8、42d)骨痂组织中VEGF基因的表达及变化。结果 在骨折愈合的不同时期 ,VEGF基因表达的程度不同。结论 VEGF参与调节骨折愈合的修复并可能在骨愈合中起重要作用。

The expression of vascular
endothelial growth factor in fracture healing |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in callus during fracture healing and explore the influence of VEGF on fracture healing.Methods The expression and alteration of VEGF in different period of fracture healing (5,7,14,28,42 d) were investigated by means of reverse transcrip polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR).Results There were different expressive degree of VEGF in callus during each period of fracture healing.Conclusion It indicates that VEGF is involved in the resorption of fracture healing and may be play an important role. |
