摘    要:介绍地铁运营线路盾构隧道整体上浮病害发生的背景,分析上浮问题产生的原因,根据隧道结构变形监测情况,制订病害整治方案,经双液浆及单液浆注浆整治,上浮隧道大幅下沉回落,监测数据显示隧道结构趋于稳定,列车正常运行。工程实例采取的整治措施针对性强、可实施性好、效果显著,既为运营线路病害整治积累了宝贵经验,也为类似病害问题整治提供实际借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the background of shield tunnel overall floating disease in subway operation line, this paper analyzes the cause of the floating disease in shield tunnels, and proposes a measure to treat the overall floating disease which mainly relies on grouting, namelyCement-water glass chemical grouting and cement grouting, in shield tunnel according to the results of tunnel monitoring. After grouting, shield tunnel float-deformation reduced significantly and the statistics of monitoring tend to be stabilized, which guarantees the safety of train moving. The exact engineering example of the floating disease in this paper proved to be applicable and effecitve, which provides valuable experience both for the treatment of the shield tunnel floating disease and other similar structure diseases.
