轨道交通小半径曲线侧磨规律研究

摘    要:外轨侧磨已经是制约轨道交通小半径曲线钢轨寿命的主要原因,理论与实践相结合才能准确掌握侧磨的发展规律。通过长期的现场跟踪实验,研究广州地铁的小半径曲线外轨侧磨速率;同时采取数值仿真的方法与现场实验相比较,预测侧磨的发展趋势。结果表明:A型车对300 m半径曲线外轨产生的侧磨速率均值为0.35 mm/月,直线电机车辆对300 m半径曲线外轨产生的侧磨速率最大值达到0.21 mm/月;同一区段上下行曲线侧磨发展速率并不一致;基于Archard磨耗模型的数值仿真结果能够很好地与现场实验结果相吻合,因此可以用于预测小半径曲线的侧磨速率。研究结果能够为工务部门对小半径曲线的养护维修提供科学依据。

Abstract:The lifecycle of rails on small radial curve of metro track is reduced mainly by side wear. However, the development trend of the side wear can be accurately determined by experiments and theoretical calculations. In this paper, the outer rail side wear rate of the small radial curve of Guangzhou metro was studied through long-term on-site tracking experiments. Moreover, the results of the experiments were compared with numerical simulations to predict the development trend of side wear. The results show that the average wear rate of the A-type vehicle to the 300 m radial outer rail is 0.35 mm/month, while the maximum value of the side wear rate generated by the linear motor vehicle to the R-300 m radial outer rail is 0.21 mm/month. Meanwhile, the rate of development of the side wear of outer rail in the curve with opposite direction are significantly different. Based on Archard wear model, the numerical simulation results are consistent with the experimental results and can therefore be used to predict the side grinding rate of the small radial curve. The research results can provide a scientific basis for the public works department in maintaining a small radial curve.
