水上危化品泄漏应急处置预案系统分析与设计

摘    要:针对水上危化品泄漏事故不能及时得到应急处置预案的问题,系统结合Microsoft ASP.NET技术,数据库技术,基于Google Maps API的WebGIS技术,分析危化品的理化特性,提出用计算机辅助生成的方法,得出危化品泄漏于水后的状态和泄漏于水后的应急处置预案。实践证明,计算机辅助生成的应急处置预案科学可靠,有良好的实用性。

Abstract:The system is designed to solve the problems of not getting the emergency disposal plans for hazardous chemicals leaking accident on waterway in time.The Microsoft ASP.NET technology,database technology and WebGIS technology based on Google Maps API are applied in this system.Based on the physiochemical properties of hazardous chemicals,the water-soluble state and emergency disposal plans are obtained by computer.It has been proved that the emergency disposal plans are scientific,reliable and practical.
