高性能湿接装配式长型浮置板静动力性能研究

摘    要:研究目的:综合现浇长板和预制短板两种浮置板轨道的优点,提出一种通过高性能混凝土湿接缝将预制短板连接成长板的浮置板设计方案。通过对该方案和对比方案的车轨耦合动力计算及对其不利状态下的静动力分析,从多方面验证该方案的可行性和优越性,并为其设计及应用提供依据。研究结论:(1)长板正弯矩相比短板有所增大,湿接缝位置相对于其他预制部位弯矩无明显区别;(2)长板在整体动力性能上要优于短板,带剪力铰湿接长板在降低浮置板振动加速度方面有明显优势;(3)浮置板结构在地铁运行车速下动力放大作用较小,隔振器阻尼对板的振动加速度有较大影响;(4)基础沉降和隔振器失效不利状态对长型浮置板响应有明显不利影响,应通过合理配筋设计予以解决;(5)本文研究可为该新型浮置板轨道系统的进一步设计及应用提供参考依据。

Static and Dynamic Characteristic of Assembled Long Floating Slab with High Performance Concrete Wet Joint

Abstract:Research purposes: A new assembled long floating slab was proposed to connect precast short slab through wet joints using high performance concrete,in order to combine the advantages of cast-in-place long slab and precast short slab. The feasibility and superiority of the new floating slab were validated from many aspects using the train-track coupling dynamic analysis of different schemes of the floating slabs. The internal forces of the slabs under the unfavorable conditions were calculated for its design and application in the future.Research conclusions:( 1) The bending moments of the assembled long floating slab is unfavorable than that of the short slabs. The bending moments at the wet joints of the long slab show little difference compared with other prefabricated parts.( 2) The overall dynamic performance of the long slab is much better than that of the short slab. The newly proposed wet-joint long slab with hinges has obvious advantages in reducing vibration acceleration of the slab.( 3) The dynamic amplification effect of floating slab structure is very small under the running speed of metro train,and the damping of vibration isolator has important influence on the vibration acceleration of the slab.( 4) The conditions of foundation settlement and failure of vibration isolator have adverse effects on the internal forces of the floating slab,which should be solved by reasonable reinforcement design of the slabs.( 5) This research result can provide a basis for the further design and application of the new floating slab track system.
