摘    要:研究目的:我国设计速度为250 km/h的新建高速铁路以有砟轨道为主,在联调联试前通过精捣作业能够有效改善线路几何形位,满足轨道平顺度要求。本文通过分析某新建高速有砟高铁精捣作业数据,研究精捣作业下大机捣固各捣次作业质量的相关性规律,在此基础上借助带通滤波及中点弦测法分析不同波段下的作业质量相关性,揭示波长对精捣作业质量相关性的影响。研究结论:(1)在大机捣固过程中,每次捣固的方案作业量与实际调整量间均呈现出一定的线性相关性,可通过线性回归模型进行近似拟合,以指导工程实践;(2)在一捣至五捣作业中,大机作业质量相关系数呈下降趋势,一捣作业相关系数变化范围最小,且一捣实际调整量数值最大,其作业效果最为稳定;(3)随着不平顺波长的增加,在长波范围内线形调整与大机作业质量相关性较强,可通过起拨量来控制长波不平顺。

Abstract:Research purposes: Ballasted track is the main part of the newly built high-speed railway with design speed of 250 km/h in our country. Before the commissioning and integrated test,the track geometry can be effectively improved through precise tamping,to meet the requirements of track smoothness. Through the statistics of precise tamping data of a new high-speed railway line,this paper analyzes the quality of tamping machines for the precise tamping pattern. On the basis of this,the data of different wavelengths are extracted using band-pass filtering and midpoint chord measurement method. Then the operation correlation coefficient under different wave bands is analyzed to reveal the influence of wavelength on the correlation of precise tamping.Research conclusions:( 1) During the track tamping,there is a linear relation between the theoretical adjustment and the actual adjustment of machine tamping operation,which can be fitted via linear regression model to guide the field work.( 2) From the first to fifth tamping,the operation correlation coefficient of precise tamping decreases. The change range of correlation coefficient for the first tamping is the smallest,and the average amplitude of adjusting value for the first tamping is largest and the quality is best.( 3) With the increase of irregularity wavelength,the linear adjustment in the long wave range has stronger correlation with the operation quality of tamping machine,which can be used to control long wave irregularity by machine tamping.
