摘    要:首先制备镀镍层,并通过表面粗糙度和硬度的对比,选出一组电压、镀液温度和镀笔移动速度参数作为复合镀的基础。将不同浓度的n-SiC加入镀液中制备复合镀层,从表面粗糙度、硬度、耐蚀性和结合强度等方面,得出最佳纳米颗粒浓度数值。

Abstract:To complete the test, we firstly prepare Ni coating with electro -brush plating. Considered volt- age, temperature and electro -brush moving speed, we choose the most ideal sample, whose surface roughnessand hardness are suitable. Then nano SiC of different concentration are added into the electrolyte. Finally we derive an appropriate value from the comparison of roughness, hardness, corrosion resistance, anchoring strength etc..
