| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic working principles and method of numerical reading for a leveling instrument with a micrometer,as well as its application in the measurement of tunnel crown settlement.It also presents the correct method of number reading in order to obtain accurate structural deformation data and achieves the goal of construction monitoring. |
