TBM盘形滚刀受力分析

摘    要:研究盘形滚刀的受力状况可以改善滚刀的设计,提高其使用寿命。文章通过ABAQUS分析软件建立了盘形滚刀切割岩石的有限元模型,并进行了动态模拟和动力学分析;模拟结果很好地解释了TBM掘进过程中,液压千斤顶需要不断地增加压力才能保持掘进速度的现象,并且验证了盘形滚刀最大瞬时接触力值为接触力平均值的2~3倍,同时发现ABAQUS可以很好地模拟出岩石被切割时出现岩碴飞溅的现象;研究结果为盾构机盘形滚刀刀具的设计及研究其寿命提供了一些理论依据。

Abstract:Studying the force of disc cutters in the process of breaking rock can optimize the design and improve the life span of disc cutters.The finite element model of a disc cutter in the process of breaking rock was created by ABAQUS,and the model was dynamically simulated and analyzed.The results show that hydraulic jacks of a full face rock tunnel machine need to constantly increase pressure in order to maintain the excavation speed and the results that verify that the maximum instantaneous contact force is 2~3 times larger than the average contact force.Also,it was determined that ABAQUS can simulate the phenomenon of the ballast splashed out of the rock.
