基坑工程对邻近地铁隧道影响及控制措施研究

摘    要:随着经济和城市建设的快速发展,城市地铁附近的地下空间开发越来越受到青睐,基坑卸土及降水对邻近地铁隧道有一定的影响.文章从力学原理上分析了影响机理,从设计和施工两方面提出了减小基坑工程对邻近地铁影响的控制措施,并结合具体工程采用三维有限元法验证了文中提出的控制措施的有效性.

Abstract:With the rapid growth of city construction,the development of underground space near subway tunnels is becoming more and more popular.Excavation and dewatering of foundation pits has certain effects on adjacent subway tunnels.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism using mechanics principles and addresses control measures for reducing the effects of foundation pits on adjacent subway tunnels from the two aspects of design and construction.Finally,it verifies the validity of the proposed control measures using the three-dimensional finite element method for a specific project.
