潜水器海试保障方案的定量评估方法

摘    要:提出一种基于故障树分析的潜水器海试保障方案的定量评估方法。采用专家打分和模糊集理论相结合的方法,将操作经验定量化,得出故障树中基本事件发生的模糊概率,并进行故障树的定量分析。以潜水器无法完成吹除上浮为例,简要阐述了潜水器海试保障方案定量评估方法的一般评估流程。

Abstract:A quantitative evaluating method for safeguard of underwater vehicle sea trial based on fault tree analysis is established in this paper Using expert estimation and fuzzy sets theory, the fuzzy failure rates of the basic events in fault tree are derived, and then fault tree analysis (FTA) is performed quantitatively. At last, taking the fault of ballast system for instance, the new method for safeguard of underwater vehicle sea trial is briefly discussed.
