半刚性基层、底基层应力影响因素正交法分析

摘    要:在分析影响半刚性基层、底基层层底弯拉应力因素的基础上,应用正交试验方法分析了影响基层、底基层层底弯拉应力各因素的敏感性,并采用极差及方差分析法对各因素敏感性进行了评价。分析表明,影响基层底拉应力最大的因素是层间约束,而影响底基层底拉应力最大的因素是基层厚度,合适的基层厚度是获得最佳路用性能的保证。

Abstract:Based on the full analysis of the influence factor of the stress in base and subbase,the sensitivity was analyzed by the orthogonality analysis method.The factor sensitivity was evaluated by different analysis.It is indicated that the condition between the layers is the most important influence factor to the stress in base and the base thickness is the most important influence factor to the stress in subbase.
