摘    要:现行的接触网运营维修模式是按固定周期检测、按设备状态维修,随着电气化铁路运营的日益繁忙,接触网的天窗时间少,维修的工作时间也就少,为保持接触网向电气列车持续供电功能,要在有限时间完成维修任务,需要投入大量的人力物力执行维修计划,这种运维模式日益暴露出其不足。提出一种以可靠性为中心维修(RCM)的接触网维修策略,根据RCM方法结合接触网的特点,建立接触网RCM组成架构、数据流模型,然后给出接触网RCM决策的流程,由接触网RCM决策机构制定接触网的维修计划,意在减少维修项目,节省维修成本,提高维修效率。

Abstract:Nowadays,two factors constitute the maintenance mode of overhead contact line system(OCS): inspection by fixed period,and condition-based maintenance.However,with the increasingly busy operation of electrified railways,the maintenance work time for OCS has becomes far less relatively.Moreover,for supplying power source continuously to electrified trains under this maintenance mode,there is always a need for carrying out maintenance plan and task by great deal of human and material resources within a limited time.In a word,the traditional maintenance mode is no longer suitable for railway development.For this reason,this paper provides a new maintenance strategy for OCS based on reliability-centered maintenance(RCM) technology.Firstly,according to RCM technology and combining with OCS characteristics,the RCM architecture and data flow mode should be set up.Next,a RCM decision procedure for OCS should be given,so that a maintenance plan can be worked out by RCM decision-making body.The new maintenance strategy for OCS can reduce maintenance items and cost,improving maintenance efficiency.
