摘    要:纸币存款机芯是自动售票机的核心模块。通过分析纸币特性和引起纸币卡钞的主要原因,提出了2种常见的八钞口纠偏方式,但这2种常见纠偏方式都存在着各种不足,还不能够解决卡钞、使用效率低等问题。为此,利用创新理论的反馈原理和曲面化原理,对原来纸币纠偏部位的入口装置进行改进,解决了入钞口卡钞的问题。

Abstract:Paper money deposit movement of the vending machine is the core module of the automatic ticket vending machine. By analyzing the characteristics and causes of jam of banknotes to identify the main reasons, the paper puts forward two kinds of common methods to correct the paper notes inlet way, but the two kinds of common correction methods are inadequate, unable to solve the problems of paper notes jam, and non-efficiency etc. Therefore, the past paper money inlet for correct aligmnent is improved, having solved the problems concerning jam of banknote by using innovative theory and the curved surface principle.
