30t轴重电力机车转向架构架的静强度与疲劳强度分析及模态分析

摘    要:依据UIC 615-4规程的有关内容对设计的30t轴重机车转向架构架强度进行校核分析,计算了转向架构架在超常工况和模拟运营工况下的载荷,采用Hypermesh软件对三维实体模型进行结构离散化,再利用ANSYS软件对转向架构架的静强度和疲劳强度以及模态进行分析。计算结果表明,该转向架构架能够满足车辆运营要求。

Strength and Modal Analysis of 30 t Electric Locomotive Bogie Frame

Abstract:The 30 t electric locomotive bogie was verified based on UIC615-4 specification. The load under exceptional conditions and simulate operation conditions was calculated, and the FEA model was set up by Hypermesh software, then the static strength, fatigue stress and modal frequencies and modal shapes were analyzed by ANASYS software. The calculation results showed that the bogie frame met the design requirements.
