摘    要:空中交通是一个复杂系统,其复杂性体现在空域结构、航空器、管制员和管制设备等多个方面。本文提出一种基于空中交通特征的空域凸胞模型,它可以更准确、全面地描述空中交通情况。首先,作者基于空域复杂性量化空中交通特征,之后将复杂网络的概念应用于空中交通系统中,并采用基于加权复杂网络特征的K-Means聚类算法建立空域凸胞模型,最后,将该模型应用于北京管制区,从扇区管制的安全性和管制员工作负荷的均衡性两方面提出扇区安全概率、平均飞机数等指标,分别基于交通高峰期的数据和全天的交通数据验证扇区划分方法的优点和有效性。

Abstract:Air traffic is a complex system, the complexity is reflected in many aspects, such as airspace structure, airplane, controller and control equipment. In this paper, an airspace convex hull model was presented on the basis of traffic characteristics, with which the air traffic conditions would be described accurately and roundly. First, the traffic characteristics was guantified based on the airspace complexity. Then,a convex hull model was established using a K-means clustering algorithm based on the weighted complex networks feature. Last, the method was applied to the airspace of Beijing. Some indexes, such as probability of sector safety and average aircraft count, were proposed to measure the safety and workload balancing of the sectors. The sectorization results of the whole day and peak traffic hour showed the validity of this method.
