基于LabVIEW的悬架减振器试验系统开发

摘    要:分析了悬架减振器试验系统的功能,根据《汽车筒式减振器台架试验方法》要求对试验系统硬件进行了设计,利用虚拟仪器图形化编辑语言LabVIEW对减振器试验系统软件进行设计,实现了信号的数字滤波、拟合等处理及阻尼力信号、位移信号的频谱分析,通过该试验系统可以检测出减振器的示功特性曲线与速度特性曲线,从而判断减振器的质量。

Abstract:The function of suspension shock absorber testing system was analyzed. The hardware of the testing system was designed according to the requirements of the automobile shock absorber bench test method. The software of shock absorber testing system was designed using virtual instrument graphical editing language LabVIEW. The signal digital filter and matching processing were realized, and frequency spectrum analysis of damping force signal and displacement signal were made. The external characteristic curve of shock absorber and speed characteristic curve can be tested, and the quality of the shock absorber can be judged by the testing system.
