| Abstract: | The importance in preparing to expand automobile transportation capability of the rear base in peacetime is discussed in the paper, and its basic principles, scale and methods are dealt with as well. It is also pointed out in the paper that, when expanding automobile transportation capability, the organizational organs should be well formed, the mechanism of transit from peacetime to wartime established, funds support implemented through various channels, and exercises strictly arranged in accordance with the actual support tasks. |
