| 摘 要： | 该文从国外交通设施管理研究的现状和我国实际情况出发，提出市政多设施综合优化管理的概念模型和总体框架，并对相关关键技术进行了分析和探讨，给出了多设施综合优化管理的模型和软计算流程。最后，针对市政设施管理部门的需求和各种单一管理系统应用现状，提出从GIS软件系统、网络级层面和项目级层面等三个方面将现有单一设施管理系统集成、改造为资产管理系统，以实现市政设施的全面管理和有限资源的最佳配置。
