bcl-2基因蛋白在外阴营养不良及外阴癌的表达

利用细胞凋亡抑制基因ｂｃｌ－２单克隆抗体及免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法，对正常外阴皮肤、慢性外阴营养不良、不典型增生和外阴癌组织进行标记，发现ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在正常外阴皮肤基底层中有弱阳性表达；在增生型营养不良、不典型增生及外阴癌组织中表达率有不同程度增高，与外阴硬化苔癣型和混合型营养不良有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１）；而增生型与不典型增生ｂｃｌ－２基因蛋白表达无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；外阴癌的表达率最高；该基因蛋白表达与外阴癌细胞分化程度有关，与临床分期无关。

EXPRESSION OF bcl2 GENE PROTEIN IN DYSTROPHYAND SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA OF VULVA

In this paper, paraffinembedded section from normal vulvar tissue, chronic vulvar dystrophy and vulvar carcinoma, were analysed for the presence of the bcl2 oncogene protein product effective in inhibiting programmed cell death by immunohistochemical technique, using monoclonal bcl2 protein antibody.The results indicate that basal epithelial cells of the normal vulvar tissue express the bcl2 protein weakly. The positive rates of bcl2 protein were variedly higher in hyperplastic dystrophy, a typical hyperplasia and vulvar carcinoma than in lichen sclerosus et atrophicus and mixed dystrophy.The difference was significant (P<005,P<0.05,P<0.01)There was no significant difference between hyperplastic distrophy and a typical hyperplastic.The positive rates of bcl2 protein is the hightest in vulvar carcinoma .bcl2 expression was significantly more frequent in higher differentiated than in their poorly diffrentiated.No correlation was noted between bcl2 expression and lymph node status.
