高性能混凝土在洋山深水港一期水工项目中的应用与研究

海洋环境中的氯离子渗透是破坏工程混凝土结构的一个顽症,而高性能混凝土则是医治这一顽症的良药。以洋山深水港一期水工项目为例,介绍了成功应用高性能混凝土的案例。介绍了洋山深水港一期码头的简况,分析了高性能混凝土配制机理,阐述了高性能混凝土配合比的确定,施工质量控制,施工技术,施工质量检测等问题。指出,这一研究成果取得了良好效果,可供沿海港口建设所借鉴。

The Application and Research of the High Performance Concrete in Yangshan Deepwater Port Area's Waterborn Project(Phase 1)

The permeation of chlorine in the sea environment is a persistent ailment which destroys the structure of the concrete, while the high performance concrete is a good medicine for this persistent ailment. This paper taking the waterborne project of Yangshan Deep Water as anexample, introduces a successful case of applying the high performance. It introduces briefly the situation of the terminal (phase 1) of the Yangshan Deep Water Port Area, analyses the distribution principle, states the distributing ratio of the high performance concrete, the quality control of the construction, the construction technology and the quality checking etc.. It points out that this research result gets a good efficiency, which can be taken for referential use.
