摘    要:文章通过硫酸钠和石灰石复掺的方法对磷渣水泥进行改性研究。研究表明:磷渣掺量大于40%时,磷渣水泥初凝时间达到8h以上,强度降低明显。磷渣在比表面为510m2/kg时,初凝时间最长,后期强度最高。复掺硫酸钠和石灰石能有效降低磷渣水泥凝结时间,在硫酸钠掺量为3%,石灰石掺量为5%时,水泥的3d强度达到15.23MPa,28d强度达到38.44MPa,而水泥的初凝和终凝时间分别缩短了136min和153min。

Abstract:In this paper, the performance of the phosphorous slag cement is modified by addition of sodium sulfate and lime- stone. Research shows that the initial setting time of PSC will reach 8 hours with 40% addition of phosphorous slag or more. The initial setting time and the strength of PSC is the longest and highest when the specific surface area of phoshorous slag is 510 m2/kg. The early strength and the later strength could reach 15.23 MPa and 38.44 MPa respectively, the initial setting time and the final setting time of cement reduces 136 minutes and 153 minutes with 5% limestone and 3% sodium sulfate.
