摘    要:泰州大桥南塔承台水文地质条件复杂,基坑工程量大,文章结合锁口钢管桩围堰在泰州长江公路大桥悬索桥南塔工程的成功运用,从方案比选分析与论证、设计与施工、过程监控等方面详细介绍了锁口钢管桩围堰,采用经典法和M法对支护结构进行了设计计算。施工实践表明,该基坑工程支护结构设计计算正确,锁口钢管桩充分发挥了其锁口止水的功能,同时也其具有刚度大、整体性好、抗弯能力强等优点。

Abstract:South tower pile cap of Taizhou bridge located in complex hydrogeological conditions and its foundation ditch work is large. Combining with the successful application of lock steel pipe pile cofferdam in the south tower project of Taizhou bridge, steel pipe pile cofferdam is introduced in detail in scheme comparison and demonstration, scheme design and con- struction, process monitoring, supporting structure are designed and calculated by the classical method and the M method. Construction practice shows that the design and calculation of supporting structure are accurate, lock steel pipe pile fully played its function of sealing with good stiffness, integrity and flexible locking.
