| 摘 要： | 国家职业技能鉴定是一项基于职业技能水平的考核活动,能够有效促进各行业从业人员专业理论知识和实际操作能力的提高,满足社会发展对行业从业人员的职业能力要求。餐厅服务员工种的国家职业技能鉴定标准,经过多年的实践证明了它的科学性,由于行业的发展,鉴定标准存在着一些不足亟待解决。
