| 摘 要： | 本文结合海事管理专业的培养方向,分析了海事管理专业毕业生存在的就业问题,提出了加快课程改革,创新教学模式;以生为本,强化学生的在校过程教育;加强校企"订单"培养,走产学结合发展道路;以就业为导向,明确培养方向,拓宽就业渠道等一教训应对策略。
