山区高速公路互通小半径匝道桥架梁方案探讨

摘    要:高速公路匝道桥由于半径小、纵横坡大,如果采用预制方案,则预制、架设难度大,故一般均采用现浇梁方案,但有些高速公路匝道桥由于受地形限制,跨越高山深谷,只能采用预制方案。鉴于此,结合工程实例,对高速公路互通小半径匝道桥的架梁方案、架梁过程及施工安全措施进行探讨,可为类似工程项目提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Expressway ramp bridge has small radius as well as large longitudinal and cross slope. If it uses prefabricated scheme, the prefabrication and erection are difficult, so it generally uses cast-in-place beam. But due to topographical constraints, some expressway ramp bridge step across high mountains and deep valleys, it can only use prefabricated scheme. Given this, combined with engineering practice, the beam erecting scheme, construction process and safety measures of interchange small radius ramp bridge on mountainous expressway are carried into discussion, which can provide reference for similar engineering projects.
