| Abstract: | This paper discussed the inner unifornutt of ship safety inspection and marine accident investigation based on theory and practice in accordance with their actual separation in current situation. This paper also demonstrated the theoretical basis for the combination of ship safety inspection and marine accident investigation, and gave some demonstrations to combine the two issues. |
