| 摘 要： | 采用酵母菌花环试验对31例牙周炎患者红细胞免疫粘附功能、循环免疫复合物、补体C_3含量进行了检测,并与正常组进行了比较。结果显示:牙周炎患者红细胞膜免疫复合物及循环免疫复合物均升高,补体C_3含量降低,且皆与正常组有显著性差异。作者认为:免疫复合物在牙周炎发病机理中有一定的意义,牙周炎患者红细胞免疫对清除循环免疫复合物起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | By using the yeast-rosette test, ery-throcytes from 31 patients with periodontitis were tested for red cell immune adherence (RCIA) activity and the value of immune complexes on the surface of red cell. the value of serum circulating immune complexes (CIC) and complement C3 were also determined , as compared with the normal group. The result showed that both the value of immune complexes on the surface of red cells and the value of CIC inserum of patients were significnatly higher than those in the control. The value of complement C3 in serum of patients was significantly lower than that in the control, which was greatly different as compared with that in the control, From this research it is thought that CIC has some significance in morbidity mechanism of periodontitis and erythrocytes of peri-odontic patients play an important role in clearing off CIC. |
