| Abstract: | The basic principle of fuzzy logic system and neuritis system is described in this paper, with synthesizing the respective advantages of neuritis system and fuzzy mathematics, thus providing a basis for comparing and discriminating for decision-making on evaluation of bid and upgrading the scientificalness and the validity. |
