摘    要:针对CRH380BL动车组侧门系统在运营中出现的门反复开关、门无法打开、站台补偿器未自动收回等典型故障进行分析,发现门反复开关是由于98%限位开关的安装位置不准确导致、门密封胶条润滑不良导致门无法打开、站台补偿器节流阀内大量的油脂致使气路堵塞补偿器渡板无法收起.分别通过更新工艺文件、更改门控器控制逻辑、科学合理安排润滑周期和更换优质气动元器件等措施,彻底根治了上述故障.

Abstract:Focused on the typical faults of CRH380BL side-door system, during repeated open and close, failure of open, gap filler fail to pull-back, it is found that repeated open and close of the door is due to the inaccurate installation location of the 98% limit switch, that the doors can not be opened due to poor lubrication of the door sealing strip, and that the air compensator transition board can not be pulled back due to the site compen- sator throttle blocked by excess grease. Reasonable arranged lubrication cycle, replaced high-quality pneumatic components and other measures are taken to eradicate the above failures by updating process file and changing door controller control logic.
