摘    要:为研究重载货车车体焊缝疲劳寿命,以某大轴重矿石车车体为研究对象,在AAR标准静态载荷的作用下,对货车车体进行静强度分析与评价;在此模型的基础上,依据车体焊接工艺图,创建包括焊缝在内的矿石车车体疲劳寿命分析模型;在AAR标准动态载荷的作用下,应用等效结构应力法研究车体关切焊缝的结构应力分布规律以及疲劳寿命,并对寿命薄弱部位结构进行改进,改进后焊缝寿命明显提高.

Abstract:In order to study fatigue life of weldline in heavy wagon carbody, a complex finite element model of ore carbody with heavy axle load is established and analyzed when it is supported to static loads form AAR standard. Then, a fatigue analysis model of the carbody including key weldlines is bulit, fatigue life prediction for these weldlines is performed by the equivalent structural stress method and load spectrum of AAR, and weld lines of more shorter fatigue life are pointed out. The improved structure is proposed to be put forward on the basis of structural stress analysis at weldlines, and their fatigue life is increased greatly.
